recognized and authorized by the financial services authority, adhering to the SEC Registration No.
2021060015436-59 and Certificate of Authority No. L-21-0007-15. LPeso highly values and respects the privacy
and data security of its users, committed to providing a safe and trustworthy service experience.
Pursuant to the relevant policies and regulations (collectively referred
to as "Laws") of the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines
(SEC), this Privacy Policy is hereby issued:
I. Data Controller
In accordance with the Philippine Data Protection Laws, Singularity
Lending Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller" or
"LPeso"), with address at Unit 203-204, Second Floor, Coherco Financial
Tower, Trade St., Cor. Investment Drv., Madrigal Business Park, Ayala
Alabang, Muntinlupa City, 1780, is responsible for obtaining,
disclosing, storing and/or using your personal data.
II. Authorizations
In order to assess your loan eligibility and expedite loan disbursement,
we require certain authorizations to access your mobile device. You may
remove your personal information at any time by contacting our customer
service center.
Information Collected When Using the Applicati
1.1 SMS:
We will collect your SMS registration information to create your risk
profile, conduct credit risk assessments, and provide you with loan
quotes. Your SMS registration information will only be transmitted to
our server (https://could.loanpeso.online) for storage and processing
with your explicit consent. We commit not to share your SMS registration
information with any third party. You can manage and revoke our access
to SMS information at any time. Just send an email to stating your request to revoke access. We will revoke
the access and
delete the data within 1 business day. We can filter and delete your
personal SMS data from our server after six months. You can also request
immediate deletion by sending an email.
1.2 Photo Library (Images):
We only collect images you upload during the identity verification
process to verify your identity and prevent fraud. How to obtain: Select
and upload the required images when filling in personal information.
Image data will be uploaded to our server (https://lp.loanpeso.online)
through a secure connection. You can modify or delete the uploaded
images at any time.
1.3 Location Information:
Used solely for fraud prevention by monitoring IP address and latitude
and longitude information. Preventing fraud is critical, obtaining your
location data helps us verify the authenticity of your account and the
security of your transactions, thereby protecting your funds and
information security. How to obtain: Allow us to access your location
information. We will request location permission when using the app. You
can choose "Allow only while using the app" or "Always allow". Once
authorized, we will be able to access your geolocation data. Location
data will be uploaded to our server (https://lp.loanpeso.online) through
a secure connection. You can modify or delete location data at any time.
1.4 Camera:
Allow the app to access the camera to take photos of identification
documents and loan application documents. We only monitor identification
documents (your ID card and a photo of you holding your ID card) and
other information/documents to ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your
Customer) standards.
1.5 Device (Phone):
We may analyze the device model, capacity, and unique identifier of user
devices to identify its uniqueness and protect data security. We may
transmit your data to our server (https://lp.loanpeso.online) for
storage and processing with your explicit consent or as required by law.
We place great importance on your privacy and will not share your data
with any third party unless we have obtained your prior permission or
are required by law to do so. You can manage and revoke the information
or permissions that we access at any time.
1.6 Emergency Contact Information Only:
We only collect information of your 3 emergency contacts for identity
verification, risk management and anti-fraud checks. You can choose how
to collect the contact information: a. Manual input; b. Auto-fill:
Select 1 contact information from your address book (Note: This method
can only retrieve the selected contact information in your address book,
not all of your contact information). Contact data will be uploaded and
stored on our server (https://lp.loanpeso.online) through a secure
connection. You can modify or delete the uploaded emergency contact
information at any time.
1.7 Data Storage:
All collected information will be stored on Huawei Cloud servers in
Ireland (https://lp.loanpeso.online) and will never be shared with any
third party. Your privacy is our top priority.
1.8 Application Installation List:
With your consent, LPeso will collect application list information, download and transmit it to our server
(https://lp.loanpeso.online) for the purpose of identifying and analyzing your behavior and the risk you face
in multiple loans to assess whether your loan can be approved. We will not share your data with any other
party. If you wish to delete your personal data, please contact our customer service and we will delete it
within 3 working days.
III. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Based on the above information, we notify you that LPeso will directly
or indirectly collect personal data of our customers and users
(hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects") through our website or our
Android and/or IOS native applications (the "App"), telephone, third
parties or other natural or electronic means, when you apply and provide
personal data in order for LPeso to provide loan services.
Regarding data storage, we store all collected information on LPeso's
server at https://lp.loanpeso.online, providing a high level of
protection and never sharing it with any third party.
LPeso will collect and process the following personal data about you:
a) Identity information
b) Employment data
c) Assets data
d) Economic/financial data
e) Your purchase details
f) Your mobile phone and/or application information. This includes but
is not limited to information related to your mobile service, including:
(i) operator; (ii) service payments, service top-ups and/or recharges
for mobile or additional services; (iii) consumption habits; (iv) mobile
brand and model; and (v) applications.
g) Usage technology information, such as IP (Internet Protocol) address,
previous or next visited web page information, session duration for each
visit/session, and Internet device ID or access media control address.
h) We collect all your SMS data, but only monitor messages related to
financial transactions. Specifically, we will monitor the sender's name,
transaction description and transaction amount for credit risk
assessment. This feature allows for faster and more dynamic loan
disbursement. Personal SMS data will never be monitored, analyzed,
stored or shared under any circumstances.
This data may be used to assess the inherent risks associated with your
loan application, verify your identity, assess and analyze your credit
situation and for statistical purposes.
LPeso does not directly collect personal data from minors through forms,
questionnaires or websites. Likewise, we notify you that LPeso does not
collect sensitive data that needs to be processed.
Our application collects information needed to process loan
applications. We use this information to evaluate and manage loan
accounts, prevent fraud, comply with regulations, and may send marketing
communications. Your contact information can be used to contact you
regarding your experience with our application, products and services.
If you are to provide third-party data, whether obtaining information on
products or services provided by partners or for other reasons, you are
responsible for notifying said third parties that their personal data is
being transferred to the Data Controller. In all cases, LPeso will
process this information in accordance with the Laws and this Privacy
Notice, and as the Data Controller, we will provide this Privacy Notice
when first contacting these third parties, as required by law.
We remind you that LPeso does not work with any agents, commission
agents or similar persons, therefore, any data provided to individuals
impersonating as such will not be the responsibility of LPeso. As such,
as the owner of the data, you will be responsible for the information
and data you share, and the processing in this case will be entirely
your responsibility.
IV. Data Retention
At LPeso, we strictly adhere to the data minimization principle,
retaining only the personal data necessary to provide our services and
meet legal requirements. The specific retention periods are as follows:
User Identity Information: Retained for 5 years from account
deactivation date to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Loan Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years after transaction
completion to meet financial reporting requirements.
Customer Service Records: Retained for 2 years from the last interaction
to improve user experience and service quality.
Access Logs and Technical Data: Retained for 1 year for system security
maintenance and performance analysis.
Data Deletion Policy
At LPeso, we understand the importance of your right to control your personal data. As part of our commitment
to ensure the privacy and protection of your information, we provide a clear and straightforward process for
requesting the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
Requesting Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, please contact our customer service
team at customer@loanpeso.online with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." In your request, please
provide sufficient information to allow us to identify your account, such as your full name, registered email
address, and phone number associated with your LPeso account.
Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your identity to protect your information from unauthorized
access and fraudulent deletion requests. Once your identity is confirmed, we will proceed with the deletion of
your personal data from our active databases and any other storage systems where your information may reside.
Processing Time
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days from the date of verification of the requester's
identity. In certain cases, the process may take longer due to the complexity of the request or the volume of
data to be deleted. We will keep you informed of the status of your request and notify you once the deletion
is completed.
Legal and Regulatory Exceptions
Please note that in some circumstances, we may be required by law or regulatory requirements to retain certain
personal data for a specified period. In such cases, your data will not be deleted until the end of the
retention period mandated by applicable laws or regulations. We will inform you if such a situation arises
during the processing of your data deletion request.
Confirmation of Deletion
Once your personal data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email to the address associated with
your LPeso account. Please be aware that the deletion of your data may result in the inability to access or
use certain services or features of the LPeso platform that require personal data.

2. Create information files of our customers.
3. Manage, control, process and provide loan application services, and
provide such services when necessary.
4. Manage, control and administratively handle the execution and
performance of credit agreements entered into with customers.
5. Manage, control and administratively handle (through any contact
information provided in the application) the recovery of administrative
debts and possible judicial debts arising from the services provided by
LPeso.
6. Investigate changes in customer transaction profiles.
7. Comply with tax or business obligations.
8. Resolve customer inquiries, questions, clarifications or complaints.
9. Statistics and history of users and customers.
10. Create, maintain and train LPeso's predictive risk models

transfer will not affect your contractual relationship with LPeso.

LPeso uses cookies and/or web beacons on the www.loanpeso.vip website to
enhance browsing experience. Cookies are tools that allow the server to
store and retrieve information used by the user or visitor's browser in
order to store personal preferences, providing a better browsing
experience.
The validity of the cookies starts from the session or time the website
is accessed and ends on a specific date. The cookies used on the
www.loanpeso.vip website are only associated with anonymous users and
their computers, do not provide any reference to infer the user's name,
cannot read data on the hard drive, and their text cannot contain
viruses.

We confirm that LPeso will not collect personal data through these
means, and therefore will not process or transfer it.
Additionally, when you connect to our app, we collect information based
on the authorizations you grant us, whether it is allowing us to access
your camera to improve the user experience, or solely to create,
maintain and train LPeso's predictive risk models by accessing your
contacts. LPeso places great importance on informing you that we will
not use or process the information collected through these means in any
other way on its own. Since this authorization must be revoked from the
authorized phone, LPeso cannot revoke such authorizations; therefore,
you can revoke this authorization at any time through your phone
settings.
Importantly, you should know that you can contact us at any time through
the provided contact methods at www.loanpeso.vip, and we will be happy
to guide you on how to revoke this authorization from your device.
By writing to our Legal and Compliance team at the address: Unit
203-204, Second Floor, Coherco Financial Tower, Trade St., Cor.
Investment Drv., Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City,
1780, Yavinde, attaching a copy of an official identity document, as
stated above.
LPeso will calculate a period of up to 10 business days from the receipt
of the corresponding request, and make a decision. If the request is
approved, it will become effective within fifteen business days after
notifying the Data Controller.
If the information provided in your request is incorrect or
insufficient, or if the necessary documents proving your identity or
that of the corresponding legal representative are not provided, or if
any other documents required to exercise your rights are not provided,
we will request that you remedy these deficiencies within five business
days of receiving the notification in order to process your request. In
this case, you will have ten business days to process the rectification
request, starting from the day following the receipt of the
rectification request. If you do not respond within this period, the
request will be considered as not having been submitted.
Assuming you currently have loan activities with us (whether expired or
about to expire), LPeso will not be able to modify your personal data.
For this, you will first need to repay your loan, and once the repayment
is completed, you can proceed with the operation following the
procedures outlined above.
Please remember that if we fail to meet your needs or fulfill our
obligations, you can seek procedures to protect your rights from the
National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
As a Data Subject, you are responsible for updating your personal data
in the Philippines. Therefore, you warrant and undertake the
truthfulness, accuracy, validity and veracity of the personal data you
provide, and undertake to update this data in a timely manner, notifying
the Data Controller of any changes that may occur.
VIII. Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at
any time, provided that the withdrawal is lawful and does not prevent
the fulfillment of LPeso's valid contractual obligations with you, nor
will it be implemented based on legal or judicial orders.
You can request the withdrawal of your consent by logging into
www.loanpeso.vip and selecting the appropriate option. Refusing the use
of your personal data for these purposes and/or transfer will not breach
your contractual relationship with LPeso.
IX. Privacy Changes
Any updates, modifications or changes to this Privacy Notice will be
made in accordance with new legal provisions and/or LPeso's internal
policies, and will be published on the www.loanpeso.vip website.
However, if there are substantial changes to the content of this Privacy
Notice, such as a change in the purposes for collecting personal data,
we will notify you and request your reconfirmation of consent to
continue processing your personal data.
X. Your Consent
Each time you connect to your user profile through any available access
method, read and accept this Privacy Notice, you expressly state: (i)
LPeso has provided you with this Privacy Notice; (ii) You have fully
read and understood its terms and scope, and therefore expressly consent
